The Sr. Accountant will lead and work with other members of the Accounting team and the IT organization to design implement and continually improve financial reporting procedures. The focus will be on financial data capture and reporting that support overall company strategies and result in enhanced usefulness and reliability of information. Responsible for the journal entry preparation and accounting reconciliation. Job Responsibilities: ·  Manage and work collaboratively with all business units to continue improve or develop reporting procedures that facilitate senior management's decision-making. ·  Manage the accounting procedures to organize and lead all business reporting discussions. ·  Manage the annual inventory reconciliation. ·  Proves non-financial systems expertise to facilitate data integration into the general ledger system. ·  Analyze weekly/monthly variances and takes appropriate correction where warranted. ·  Review/analyze month-end reports to identify areas of improvement or additional follow-up research.Skills/Experience Requirements: ·  Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance, CPA a plus ·  3+ years Accounting experience ·  Project leader experience ·  Advance knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word ·  Excellent interpersonal skills ·  Excellent communication skills (written, verbal and listening)   For immediate consideration, please email your resume to john.santiago@ajilonfinance.com Salary/Pay Rate: $62,000 - $73,000 About Ajilon Ajilon Professional Staffing is a leader in recruiting and project consulting, with specialty divisions in finance & accounting, management & office support, and legal.
