Senior Accountant - Mergers and Acquisitions One of Q&A's most liked clients has an opening for a Senior Accountant position it its Mergers and Acquisitions Department.  This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a mix of accounting and financial analysis.  As a Senior Accountant in this division, this  person will have high visibility and will be responsible for mergers, acquisitions and divestitures accounting including due diligence, contract review, purchase accounting and ongoing analysis. Other functions will include accounting for senior debt as well as ad hoc projects and research. This company offers a North Dallas location, a great office environment, a healthy work/life balance, and prime advancement opportunities.  Candidates should have a BS in Accounting and 2+ years of accounting experience - preferably either in public accounting or in a similar technical accounting role. Salary will be commiserate with experience but will range from 50-75k + bonus and full benefits.
