Sr. Accountant - SEC

This position is responsible for all SEC reporting preparation, analysis, and distribution. Responsibilities include follow-up to inquiries, as well as special projects assigned by management.

 

Responsibilities: Responsible for all SEC reporting including preparation, analysis, and distribution of 10K & 10Q’s.Proxy statements.Perform detailed financial statement analyses, including discussions on various issues. Manage acquisition accounting and related issues. Assist with audit related issues, compliance and special projects. Serve as liaison to location managers, assisting them with accounting related issues. Communicate with co-workers, management, clients, and others in a courteous and professional manner. Conform with and abide by all regulations, policies, work procedures, and instructions.

Skills and Abilities Required: Sarbanes Oxley.SEC reporting a MUST 3 – 5 years of hands-on backgroundPublic accounting experience a MUST Strong analytical skills. Must be able to effectively handle multiple projects concurrently. Must be detail oriented.

CPA preferred
