Salary range is up to $95,000 Will be working on SEC Reporting, Consolidations, GAAP interpretation Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required; MBA is a plus. CPA required. 5 plus years of financial accounting experience with large public accounting firm and/or corporate/industrial experience – SEC experience preferred Work independently and to solve non-recurring problems.  Shows some degree of leadership ability.  Ability to effectively communicate information to appropriate parties.  Shows evidence of good organization and project planning skills.
