Senior Accountant for a Top Commercial Real Estate Company located in Downtown, Philadelphia Responsibilities:****The position includes responsibility for the general ledger and monthly closings for the multiple properties and addditional projects as needed by the Controller. ***Handle all general accounting functions in a multi-entity environment: general ledger, oversee A/R and A/P transactions, closing entries, and financial statement preparations***Prepare all year end closing adjustments and work papers, including financial statements and assisting outside accountants with the work papers used to be used in preparation of partnership tax returns and financial statements***Track and resolve accounting discrepancies**Timely and accurate reporting of financial transactions***Reconciling bank accounts**Special Projects and More! Requirements:BS in Accounting**3 -7 years of Real Estate experience or Public Accounting! Commercial Real Estate or Retail Real Estate exp. strongly preferred! MRI a plus!
