The ideal candidate will demonstrate a high level analytical and problem-solving skills, with a strong background in accounting.  QuickBooks and MAS90 experience a big plus.  Responsibilities for this position include:

 Individual, corporate, partnership & fiduciary tax return preparation and review,Outsourced controllership duties,Elder care,Financial statement preparation and review,General ledger analysis,Completion of special projects as assigned,Ability to work with the chief decision maker,Ability to work with high net worth individuals,Identify client issues and develop solutions,Use a questioning process to help clients define their needs, Set and manage client expectations,Consistently identify and communicate issues to clients,Manage scope and materiality of engagements,Set, prepare, and monitor engagement budgets,Perform complete accounting and tax research and reach logical conclusions,Exercise good judgment,Demonstrate high level analytical and problem-solving skills, andDevelop strong working relationships with appropriate client personnel.

Previous experience with monitoring chargeability, realization goals, personal productivity and increasing engagement profitability a plus.
