Senior Accountant with Big 4 Experience

Senior Accountant with Big 4 experience

 

A world leading pharmaceutical manufacturer searching for a Senior Accountant to grow with Companies Corporate Accounting and Reporting department.  A great opportunity to gain experience in all aspects of SEC reporting, consolidations and even investor relations work. 

 

General Responsibilities:

- Financial Statement preparation including consolidations and intercompany eliminations in accordance with GAAP

- Assist with SEC Reporting

- Assist with MD& A section

- Assist with investor relations work

- Perform accounting research.

- Perform analytical analysis on P&L and Balance Sheet

 

Requirements:

- $80K plus bonus

- 2 to 4 years straight Big 4 Accounting Firm with SEC knowledge or combo with Fortune 500 company with SEC and Consolidations experience

- Hyperion and SAP a big plus
