Senior Accounting Clerk

Senior Accounting Clerk needed in West Palm Beach, FL. Duties Include:· General accounting, project accounting, tax accounting· Accounts payable / accounts receivables: process AP and set-up/maintain vendors for multiple companies.  · Audit invoices for completeness and accuracy· Prepare and process domestic and foreign wire transfers· Create and maintain vendor data to include IRS 1099 reporting requirements· Reconcile bank accounts· Posting to the general ledger· Process payments and compile segments of monthly closings· Annual reports Requirements / Qualifications:· 5 or more years of experience in position or specialization· Basic Lotus Notes· Associates Degree (minimum)· Effective verbal communication· Effective written communication  Built on more than 30 years of expertise, The Mergis Group is a specialty recruiting firm committed to helping professionals make the best career choices.
