Senior Accounting Manager

Description Dynamic Senior Accounting Manger wanted.  Our client is searching for a CPA, preferably with public accounting experience, seeking an opportunity to join a friendly, challenging organization.  This role is not for those wanting status quo or duties that will remain constant.  The right candidate will be energetic, highly motivated and driven.  Various travel and supervisory responsibilities are available.  This organization is planning on going public in the near future and is acquiring companies at a rapid pace.   Duties include, but are not limited to:  Responsible for preparing consolidated financial statements for various entities Account reconciliation and financial reconciliation Prepare balance sheet reconciliations for various entities Review and approve all fixed asset purchases into the sub-ledger, determine viability of assets based on current accounting policy Record monthly depreciation into the general ledger Handle all amortization schedules for intangibles and deferred financing costs, prepaid assets, and debt discount Handle all general ledger duties for various entities Calculate and prepare all intercompany billings Supervise fixed assets for cost of goods sold and reoccurring revenue entries Communicate with internal customers to resolve any billing and/or collection issues Prepare monthly reconciliation of all intercompany account balances to ensure all payable/receivables are accounted for. Prepare monthly financial statement variance reports including actual to budget monthly, quarterly and year-to-date Requirements Qualified Candidates Must Have:  Active CPA license 5-7 Years of overall experience BA/BA in Accounting or related field Energetic, Motivated and Driven  Strongly Preferred Requirements are:  2 years of public accounting, Big 4 a plus Ability to handle multiple projects Strong organization skills Oracle experience Strong Excel user Previous experience with acquisitions  *PLEASE ATTACH A WORD OR PDF VERSION OF YOUR RESUME* JR213SAM Company: Parker and Lynch Status: Full Time, Employee Location: Englewood, CO Salary: 65,000.00 - 75,000.00 USD /yearBonus - 15-20% Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Career Level: Experienced (Non-Manager) Work Experience: 5+ to 7 Years Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
