Key administrative responsibilities to be performed include:Supporting our Firm’s core business areas, practice niches, and support functions by rendering outstanding administrative services; Supporting client service initiatives by preparing correspondence, processing financial statements, assembling tax returns, or other special projects; Performing duties relating to accounts payable and receivable;Performing other administrative and general office duties as needed.
Ideal candidates will possess the following:5-7 years of successful administrative experience, preferably as gained through employment in a professional services firm or comparable environment; Strong skills with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; A general understanding of basic accounting principles; The ability to work independently as well the willingness to work as a member of an administrative team; An 'eye' for detail, including skills with proofreading and editing; Successful experience in the use of multi-line telephone systems; Excellent 'people' and diplomatic skills; Great organizational, written, and verbal communication skills; The ability to multi-task, establish priorities, and meet deadlines; Bookkeeping experience a plus!
