We are currently seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst to join our Finance & Accounting team headquartered in Wichita, KS. Responsibilities: Prepare monthly financial reporting package (Balance Sheet, P&L, and other various financial metrics) and coordinate monthly financial review meeting Analyze monthly financial performance of business segments and identify issues that need to be addressed as part of each months accounting close Effectively present results of work to various levels of management throughout the organization in both written and oral formats Continuously enhance monthly reporting package to create real economic value within the corporate accounting organization and across the multiple business segments supported Create ad hoc reports as required Prepare / review various monthly & quarterly disclosure schedules Work to automate and standardize various reporting processes, methods, and tools used by corporate accounting for monthly reporting and analysis Prepare / review various government and statutory reports Coordinate the external and internal financial auditsExperience Required Bachelors degree in accounting with 4-6 years of accounting experience Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Strong communication skills (written and verbal)Experience Preferred Masters degree in Accounting Previous financial reporting experience in a corporate environment Previous experience with Hyperion consolidation and reporting products Certified Professional AccountantWe are an equal opportunity employer.
