Senior Audit Manager - Real Estate Group

We have a great opportunity for a driven and responsive accounting professional to join our Chicago office as an Accounting/Audit Manager.

Responsibilities:As a Manager/Senior Manager you will work with Real Estate client to provide sound financial analysis and solutions.

Specifically you will be expected to:
-Effectively direct all phases of engagement planning and administration
-Proactively assist in the development of high caliber staff
-Maintain positive relationships with key business contacts, network to develop new contacts and use contact to promote business growth for the firm
-Promote efficiencies through planning and act as a key liaison between the client and partner
-Keep up to date on new developments and trends in the Real Estate industry through regular attendance at seminars and conferences, and active involvement in real estate industry associations
-Be a solid addition to the team including taking part in the client audit and consulting engagements.

Qualifications:

-CPA
-Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or other relevant field
-At least 9+ years well rounded experience serving Real Estate clients
-High level success in managing multiple engagements/projects
-Strong interest and track record in developing senior and staff level professionals
-Displaying a positive attitude, starting every conversation with a “yes,” then exploring solutions
-Excellent communication skills, the ability to prioritize, attention to detail, and competent technical skills
