Senior Auditor - Real Estate

Our rapid growth has created an exciting career opportunity.  We are seeking a Senior Auditor for our National Real Estate Group located in Downtown Chicago.  The Senior Auditor will be responsible for a variety of client service accounting functions.  This role will include preparation and review of financial statements (audit review compilations), and preparation and/or review of individual, corporate, partnership and other related individual/business tax returns.

The position requires:

· A bachelor degree in Accounting.

· CPA preferred (would consider candidates with the applicable courses needed for the CPA exam or applicable professional experience).

· Minimum of 3 years (including busy season) experience with reviews, compilations, audits, and tax return preparation at a public accounting firm.

· Experience with a variety of computer software including Excel, Word, Lotus Notes, CaseWare, Go System, and QuickBooks considered a plus.

· Candidate must possess good analytical, research and communication skills (verbal and written).  Ability to work effectively with teams and individually.  Demonstrated client service skills a must.
