Senior Billing Manager

Duties:* Produces bills by coordinating billing cycles; reviewing and verifying billing reports; identifying corrections.* Verifies billing by reviewing direct bill invoices; making corrections for exception transactions; verifying timeliness of cycles.* Serves customers and vendors by researching and responding to inquiries; mailing records, invoices, and reports.* Prepares feedback reports by gathering information from accounts; balancing receipts with billing; completing corrections and updates.* Protects organization's value by keeping information confidential.* Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities.* Accomplishes accounting and organization mission by completing related results as needed.The individual will be working with IT on the business solution to project based billing. Skills/Qualifications:1.
