Senior Billing Specialist

Opportunity Responsibilities:
• Processing and validating company invoices
• Tracking company invoices and client payments, research and resolutions
• Analyzing company processes and make recommendations to management to enhance team and company performance
• Supporting multiple departments and teams
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients
• Other duties as assigned

An Excellent Candidate will have the following Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent related work experience
• 3+ years experience in payroll or billing, preferably with a high-profile company
• Advanced MS Excel skills, knowledgeable of MS Office applications
• Experience with complex reconciliations
• Ability to prioritize multiple high-level projects
• Demonstrated self-motivation and high level of professionalism
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal communication skills

Compensation:
Annual salary is $55,000 to $60,000 depending on experience.  An excellent benefits package, including company health plan, vacation/holiday pay, and 401k is available with offer.
