Senior Consultant

We are currently searching for Senior Consultants for our Emerging Business and Middle Market Practices. For this position, we are searching for a professional who enjoys a fast paced environment and is prepared to build on the success of AMS. AMS consultants provide accounting and financial management services to small and emerging companies and Fortune 500 companies, and/or clients with specific project or interim needs.

 

Primary responsibilities include:Anticipation of and responsiveness to clients needs, and the creation of appropriate solutions to client problemsWorking collaboratively with AMS colleagues to further the vision and goals of the company as a leader in the fieldDevelops on-going relationships with clients and potential clients and is able to identify potential new business opportunities

 

 

Qualifications include:Hands on individual with deep and broad experience in the hi-tech, software, manufacturing, communications, technology, wholesale, public, and venture capital industries with revenues ranging from $0million to $100millionFamiliarity with SEC Reporting- 10-K, 10-Q, S-1, 8KPrior consulting experience CPA Strong financial and accounting expertise and credentialsExperience with IPOs, M+A, due diligence, financial modeling, budgeting, and capital raising a plus

 

This position reports to the Managing Directors of Emerging Business and Middle Market Practice.
