Reporting includes financial statement preparation, IRS form filing, participant allocation calculations and qualification testing Other duties include reviewing staff level work, client interaction, research and other small projects as needed Expanded work hours are required January through April Candidates should have 2-3 years experience in retirement plan administration Four-year degree in accounting, finance, or related field is strongly preferred Proficiency with Excel and Word required Experience with compiling financial statements is required Other requirements include demonstrated attention to detail, time management, strong communication skills and ability to work independently
