To succeed in today's network economy requires more than simply a focus on IT issues - it also requires a focus on security strategy and management.  Deloitte & Touche provides Security Services that address how to take advantage of this dynamic situation while managing risks and are based on an enterprise-wide approach that focuses on security through four areas:    • Application Integrity   • Identity Management Security     • Infrastructure Security     • Security Strategy and Management   Deloitte & Touche is currently seeking professionals that can: • Establish working relationships with client personnel • Assess clients' security and control readiness and provide appropriate security assistance • Exhibit a professional, business-like demeanor • Understand engagement as it relates to client's business • Contribute to engagement planning and ensuring that products/deliverables meet contract/workplan • Provide recommendations for improved controls and enhanced business efficiency • Personal and Practice Development     • Take proactive career steps • Set goals and career plans with advisor/career counselor     • Develop excellent professional oral and written communication skills     • Continually develop through our Deloitte Services LP Learning curriculum of eLearning modules and local and national training programs       • Support organization and function initiatives • Demonstrate knowledge in some areas of industry or functionalspecialty  Qualifications: - 2+ years of experience within business continuity management or disaster recovery - Technically conversant in storage and/or enterprise architectures - Previous experience with business process assessment/improvement required - Experience with internal controls, application reviews, internal IT control testing or operational auditing a plus - General understanding of security and/or systems change control concepts - Experience in designing or writing technical restoration and recovery procedures for the restoration of applications - Understands basic physical or logical risk management principals - Related experience within consulting or professional services preferred - Previous industry experience in Financial Services, Entertainment and Media, Healthcare, and/or Pharmaceutical preferred - Demonstrated ability to write report segments and comfortable presenting to clients to participate in presentations - CBCP or MBCP certification preferred - Creative problem solver that can articulate issues to clients - BA/BS in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Computer Science, Information Systems Administration or related field - Ability to thrives in an entrepreneurial environment - Willingness to travel 50-100% About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
