Senior Cost Accountant/Analyst with Manufacturing background needed for new opportunity - $70-90K

AcctgLink is partnering with this well established manufacturing company in Santa Ana to bring on their next Senior Cost Accountant. Company has been around for 40+ years and has locations/manufacturing plants worldwide.

The full-time, direct hire position is open due to growth, and is seeking a professional strong is analysis of: cost, variance, and labor tracking, and needs a confident, well-spoken cost accountant who can also improve the "old ways" of doing things with new techniques. This individual must be fully versed in manufacturing cost accounting procedures with years of experience proving this knowledge.

What is the WIIFM “What’s In It for Me”: Well, if you bring an accounting/finance degree, and solid years of cost accounting experience in a manufacturing environment, you can expect the following:

· Room to grow in a Cost Role and possibly into Management over time.

· Facilitating and Presenting at meetings, making recommendations to management, traveling to meet with internal management, and being recognized for streamlining and implementing much needed Cost Accounting processes.

· Assist in growing the department, fine-tuning processes and owning success of the Cost Accounting Process.

Working on SAP and on advanced Excel, this position will report directly to the Regional Controller, who can be described as experienced, smart, an effective communicator, and someone who seeks an innovative and career-minded leader to take on this Senior Cost role.
