The Senior Director focuses on auditing and reviewing business and support units, making recommendations to improve controls and reduce risk while monitoring the implementation of these recommendations.  This individual is also responsible for developing the enterprise goals and strategies and for establishing the audit plans for Internal Audit. QUALIFICATIONS: 4 year college degree.  BS/BA in Accounting/Finance or Business Administration required. MBA a plus. 5-10 years in related/similar industry with at least the last 3+ years in a management/supervisory role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.  Must have the ability to establish effective working relationships with all levels of management and staff. Critical thinking ability required.  Must be able to evaluate and solve complex problems and issues.  Must have the ability to quickly process issues and be able to clearly communicate thoughts.
