We are looking for an exceptional candidate who will develop and implement strategies to increase market share, client retention, satisfaction and region profitability for our retail operations in Minnesota.

Responsibilities:
• Direct accountability for optimizing sales and growth of offices in assigned geographic area.
• Provide direction to managers related to identifying methods to continuously improve business performance, client growth and retention and market share.
• Engage in strategic planning to ensure the direction of the business is appropriate and positioned to achieve its goals and objectives. Analyze summary data and make recommendations to improve region performance.
• Coach, mentor, support and develop managers and evaluate their performance. Build and maintain a high caliber level of talent.

 

Qualifications:
• Seven years of business leadership experience to include strategic development and analysis, change leadership, and people management, preferably in a retail environment.
• Prior multi-unit or multi-departmental leadership experience.
• Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects / initiatives and execute within deadlines.
• Proven ability to drive sales in a customer focused environment.
• Proven ability to coach and develop managers.
