Senior Finance Analyst

Responsibilities: 
1) Daily update of the Oracle Financial Analyzer
2) Month End Closing Support and updates of the Financial
3) Reconciliation of the Oracle Financial Analyzer to the Oracle General Ledger on Monthly Basis to ensure no disconnect between them.
4) Create templates to upload forecasts, budgets by branch into OFA
5) Ensure that Region and Total Business hierarchies are properly maintained and updated as the business changes
6) Train all users on OFA reporting capabilities
7) Maintain daily communications with the users on when information is available for review and/or if any issues with the system
8) Create and distribute any reports created by other users for a community.
9) Maintain and update a catalog of standard reports in OFA so the users have access to same standard information on daily and monthly basis.
10) Maintain and update foreign exchange rates, fiscal month days as required.
11) Validate that the metrics input from other systems besides the Oracle General Ledger are input on daily and monthly basis and verifies the accuracy of the data.
12) Prepare and publish the daily activations and terminations
13) Provide support for any ad-hoc reporting for month end, quarter and year end closing.
14) Provide with financial analysis support for other business initiatives



Requirements:

1) Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting or equivalent 4 years corporate accounting/finance experience
2) 3-5 years of experience as financial analyst
3) Oracle Knowledge

1) Oracle Financial Analyzer experience desired
