The position reports to the CFO who has a track record of mentoring and developing talent. The role will include the following: 1) Project roles:a. Analyze the rapidly growing Infomercial business unit.  Create a robust profitability analysis tool specific to this business.b. Standardize the analysis tools used to set new product pricing.c. Improve and make robust the P&L and Cash forecasting models currently in use.d. Improve the current management reports and reporting process Other regular duties: 2) Drive the integration of Sales and Operations planninga. Create robust sales forecasts with the help of the sales teamb. Ensure Operations is building to the forecastc. Recommending process improvements to optimize investments in inventory3) Participate in standard regular business cycle financial tasks on an ad hoc basisa.
