Senior Financial Analyst

Essential Duties & Responsibilities - include but are not limited to:   1. Involvement in various Budgeting and Planning Processes o Consolidated GIL America's Results: P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow & ROIC  -Annual Operating Plan Process:  Data Collection and Assimilation of each countries submission   Assist in Coordination of Corporate Reporting Deliverables  - Analysis Support in the following:  Financial Gap Identification  Opportunities & Risks  Support for Business Overviews: Key Customers, KPI Performance, etc.  - Resource for customer / trade lane planning:   Collaboration with Sales Teams  Presentation of findings with Sales Leadership for reasonable planning  o Provide Reporting & Analysis in support of Management decision regarding:  - Monthly Simple Cash Flow Process  -Monthly Financial Presentation:  Trending Analysis: Profitability & Productivity Charts  Actual vs. Plan performance for Cash Flow and various metrics  WalkDown Schedules  -Investment Performance Updates  -Capital Spend Tracking to major projects  -Real Estate Lease Investment    2. Assisting in maintenance, development and administration of Hyperion Planning system o Updates for infrastructure changes o Development of exception based reporting, models and other ad hoc analysis o Confirmation of Systems Integration Integrity   3. Assist in the Development and Implementation of Continuous Process Improvement where identified Required Experience / Skills / Education:   o Minimum of five years of financial analysis experience o Bachelor's Degree in Business or equivalent education/experience o Experience with Hyperion Products (Enterprise, HFM, Planning) o Strong Excel skills
