Senior Financial Analyst (Direct Hire)

SummaryAssist in the collection and updating of financial data in order to effectively process accurate and timely financial, budgeting and forecasting reports and other related requests in support of the activity centers and Finance department.  Additionally, the position will work closely with the Financial Planning and Analysis Manager on various projects to help the department meet all objectives.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES· Work closely with V.P. Finance, FP&A Manager in developing and updating models that are closely linked to the operating metrics of the organization.  · Capture and analyze data from multiple sources and develop reports that represent results.· Streamline data flow and automate the analysis process as needed· Provide support in developing and maintaining complex financial / valuation models · Assist the manager in monthly, quarterly and annual financial reporting duties.· Work with and provide support to various operating units in order to facilitate the flow of timely and accurate information.· Complete other projects and tasks as determined by manger to assist department and operations · Aid in the preparation and presentation of reports and reforecast. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES· Minimum 3 years of financial analysis experience· Four-year college degree in business· Strong data mining and data automation skills· CPA or MBA preferred· Valuation Experience preferred· Strong skills with Microsoft Excel (Advanced), Access, Word, and PowerPoint.  · Experience with Epicor and FRx preferred· Ability to provide innovation and improve processes· Excellent oral and written communications skills· Must be self-motivating, hard working, analytical and proactive · Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels, inside and outside the organization· Flexibility to work overtime when needed Job Information Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst (Direct Hire) Company: RealPage Inc Location: Carrollton/ Plano, TX Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Accounting/Finance/Insurance Contact Information Company: RealPage Inc Email: Apply by Email
