Senior Financial Analyst/FP&A Specialist

Senior level Financial Analyst and Reporting Specialist needed.  This company is growing and needs solid Financial staff today!

Candidates need to understand a very large scale, multicurrency picture, forecasting vs planning Degree in Accounting/Finance required, Masters degree a plus

This candidate should have at least 5 years of accounting/finance experience coupled with reporting systems experience. This candidate should have extensive experience with Reporting Functionality, primarily Business Explorer Analyser.  This candidate should have extensive knowledge of Management versus Legal Reporting, Multi-Currency Reporting, Consolidation experience, knowledge of Reporting Trees (i.e. Parent/Child relationships) and extensive knowledge of Excel functionality.  This candidate should possess a BA in Accounting/Finance.  Additional Software requirements are Hyperion/Essbase (PeopleSoft nVision/query knowledge is desirable).  In addition, this candidate must be self-motivated, comfortable working in an intense, team-orientated environment, as well as posses strong interpersonal skills.

Part of the team responsible for all of the financial analysis function including the preparation and analysis of monthly financial forecasts, preparation and analysis of the annual budget, analysis of capital acquisition requests, assists in development of the company's annual strategic plan, and performs ad-hoc analyses as required by senior management.  Also responsible for ensuring Sarbanes-Oxley compliance while working closely with all functional areas of the company and internal/external auditors to facilitate their review and testing.
