Senior Financial Analyst Job Responsibilities:Conduct month end close for revenue in accordance with Sarbanes-OxleyPrepare monthly revenue forecast by client by departmentPrepare and analyze account reconciliationsReview client revenue risks and opportunitiesPrepare and review monthly manager scorecards (Revenue forecast, Nonbillable expenses and studio write-offs, Staffing vs. Time vs. Revenue, Discount assessments, etc.)Prepare staffing plans and review roll-ups with Sr. ManagementWork with account management to prepare proposals and contracts (Evaluate compensation and termination clauses; Review all other language and work with outside legal council when needed; Determine appropriate revenue recognition method based on SOX and IPG guidelines)Fill out credit limit requests for new clientsSet up new clients in accounting systemCreate and reconcile CSA’s within IPG’s RRC platformResponsible for client fee billing in accordance with contracts Assist with development of budgets and planningAssist in internal/external auditsProvide strategic support and reporting to Senior ExecutivesPrepare monthly variance analyses network wide for Senior Management and IPGResponsible for IPG reporting network wide – monthly and quarterly Qualifications:Minimum 5 years relevant accounting and revenue experienceBachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related fieldAbility to lead a meeting and overall leadership presenceStrong analytical and strategic thinking skillsAbility to multitask, meet tight deadlines, and to work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environmentAbility to collaborate with others and work as a team playerStrong communication skills for internal and external partiesStrong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills
