Senior Financial Analyst in high growth company

Denver based company (in the Cherry Creek area) is looking for a Financial Analyst or Sr. Financial Analyst to join the FP&A team. The position will report to the Sr. Director of FP&A, with responsibility for reporting support to one of the Company's VP of Operations. Functional responsibilities in support of operations will include:
- analyzing financial and operating performance,
- leading business reviews and the forecasting process,
- determining root causes and solutions,
- analyzing potential changes to the business, and
- driving changes to the operation


In addition, the Analyst will support corporate initiatives and analysis on an ad hoc basis.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years experience in FP&A, be an expert skilled at excel and data analysis, and have an ability to work across departments (HR, IT, Accounting, Operations) to explain results, challenge assumptions, and drive change. The candidate should also be skilled at developing models, working with large data sets, and rate-volume analysis.
