We are currently seeking a senior level IT SOX auditor candidate for our exciting and challenging open position.

 

Responsibilities include:

 Perform IT 404 compliance audit which included: Data Center Operations, Security Administration, Change Management and Governance.Supervise identification and evaluation of the organization’s risk areas; provide input toward development of client annual audit plans.Supervise performance of audit procedures, including identifying and defining issues, developing criteria, reviewing and analyzing evidence, and documenting client processes and procedures.Perform audit procedures in support of SAS 70 reports.Provide consultation to clients regarding managements assessment.

 Job Qualifications:

 Must have 2-4 years of experience in auditing, SOX experience is requiredMust have a BA/BS degreeCISA certification a plusProactive & a quick learner (ability to learn quickly & perform with minimum supervision)Excellent communication & inter-personal skills (since the candidate will have to interact with & influence a wide verity of people)
