Senior Manager External Reporting

Public and Private accounting with experience in SEC Reporting and filings is needed for this publicly-held, global company headquartered in central Westchester. Knowledge of GAAP, SOX and SEC compliance and strong analytical, technical accounting and communication skills are also required. This position will also support the monthly close process, preparation of financial statements and oversee audit functions. Bachelor's degree, 4-5 years in public accounting and CPA are required.
