Essential Job Functions -Serve as the primary Global Treasury Management (GTM) contact person to Regional Executives, District Presidents and line of business Team Leads in Colorado, Ohio, New York, Maine and Vermont -Provide strong leadership for sales officers and support staff for all GTM positions in the East -Provide strong vision and understanding of GTM to all District Leaders within market -Write, implement, execute, and successfully manage a strategic business plan consistent with the goals and objectives of Global Treasury Management and various lines of business supported within the regional market -Develop and foster ongoing partnerships with the various lines of business supported, and ensure that sales and marketing activities are closely aligned with the goals of the regional lines of business supported -Provide ongoing assistance to team for generating new prospects within Eastern Region and among lines of business supported -Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills among peers and team members -Provide ongoing leadership, training and coaching to a team of sales support officers in preparation for advancement within the organization -Determine appropriate market coverage and FTE allocations per market -Establish individual performance metrics for sales team -Provide appropriate coaching, training, and ongoing development to sales team -Provide leadership to the sales team by acquiring new business and enhancing client relationships in an efficient, cost effective manner -Work closely with Treasury Relationship Manager Team Lead to provide comprehensive line of business coverage for all markets supported -Establish regular communication with all GTM team members within region -Administrative functions that include Human Resource administration, salary administration, periodic performance reviews, and adherence to organizational policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements -Report team sales results and activities to manager -Represent the organization at various industry conferences, regional events, regional business meetings, local and regional market functions, and with regional centers of influence - both internally and externally -Creates a positive work environment, provides inspirational leadership to the team and energizes others -Ability to travel -Other duties and responsibilities as established, assigned, and communicated by the National Sales Manager Required Skills - Minimum 5 years of Cash Management or equal Commercial Lending experience - Minimum of 4-7 years direct management experience - Bachelors Degree in business related field - Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) or Certified Cash Manager designation (CCM) - Excellent interpersonal, leadership, verbal and written communication, and presentation, skills - Ability to develop and foster internal relationships with all lines of business, additional product partners, and executives - Excellent time management and organizational skills - Experience with developing high performing teams - Excellent sales and interpersonal skills - communication, collaboration, negotiation Preferred Skills - 3-5 years Treasury Sales Management Experience - AAP - Automated Clearinghouse Association Accredited Professional - Experience with multiple lines of business - Master of Business Administration - Knowledge of Eastern Region Markets specifically Maine, Vermont, New York - New Business Development calling Skills - Liquidity Management experience Life at Key is exciting, challenging, and rewarding.
