Senior Manager, Mergers & Acquisitions

Our client, one of the premier brands in the high tech industry, is seeking a Senior Manager to join its world class corporate development team.  The company has earned an enviable reputation for executing a sound acquisition and investment strategy.

This is an opportunity to manage a team and partner with leaders of the corporate development staff as well as other key stakeholders in the company.  Your direct responsibilities include financial due diligence, financial modeling & valuation analysis, deal structuring and review of legal documents, communicating analysis and updates to key  staff, partnering acquisition and investment accounting.  This role includes direct ownership of a number of key acquisition initiatives.

Requirements:

This person will develop a thorough understanding of the company's strategy and the marketplace and must  possess  the discipline to propose and implement fiscally responsible choices under pressure. The ideal candidate demonstrates financial thought leadership ability as well as the characteristics needed to establish and develop an active pipeline to continually attract strong talent.

Must have Transaction Services Experience, M&A Experience and must have experience working within at least one of the Big 4 accounting firms.
