Senior Pricing Analyst

Scope:

A key management position focused on this division’s profitability through pricing of products and labor.  The person will be highly engaged with our Sales, Marketing, Field Operations and Manufacturing Teams to maximize profitability through pricing while maintaining our competitive position in the market.  The position requires strong analytics combined with a good understanding of competitive business environments. 

 

Major Responsibilities:Develop Discount Structures for all products and services offered based profitability targets.Responsible for Discount Analysis & Approval for Direct Sales Team, Distributors, and National Accounts when outside set parameters.Develop and maintain a Contribution Margin based model by Field Operation to assist in decision making on direct projects.Weekly & Monthly Reporting of Key Pricing Metrics – price, mix, etc.Competitor Analysis for Products & ServicesProduct Costing Analysis to identify cost reduction items to remain competitive.Assist in development of Sales & Operations Incentive PlansIdentify Price & Cost Issues relating to Field Operations and assist in driving Improvement PlansSet Pricing and Discounts for all New ProductsResponsible for maintaining Price-Book, IMark & SAP PricingResponsible for providing periodic training and education to the team on changes related to policies and procedures.
