Senior Property Accountant to $80K

Northern New Jersey Real Estate Corporation is seeking a Senior Property Accountant. This is an outstanding opportunity for a Property Accountant with 3 to 5 years to join a professional group of accountants. You will be managing a portfolio of commercial retail properties.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES:

*Management of Tenant receivable—cash applications and reconcile balances

*Property accounts payable / cash disbursement

*Review of leasing data

*Internal and External reporting for each property

*Review and analyze variances on a month to month basis

*Preparation of annual rent escalations for real estate; i.e. tax, maintenance, and utilities

*Quarterly prepare schedules including rent adjustments, prepaid rent analysis, depreciation and amortization of fixed assets, tenant improvements and leasing commissions.

 

REQUIRED:

*Bachelors Degree Accounting

*Minimum of 3 years commercial retail property management experience

*Solid MSOffice skills; with emphasis on Excel; Timberline is preferred
