Senior Property Accountant

Looking for a successful leader to fill the role of Senior Property Accountant for this rapidly growing company. This position will have several direct reports. Experience in commercial property management is absolutely required. Duties will include taking information from new clients in order to set up their accounting systems, bank reconciliations, billing, sales tax, closing out the year, preparing variance analysis on a monthly basis and review with clients, all while continually providing feedback to the client and adhering to financial reporting deadlines. This individual will be required to direct meetings at times and communicate constantly with clients and employees. This position has a high potential for growth into a Controller role.
