These core values govern our actions every day, and reflect what is truly important to us as an organization.Company: Brink's, IncorporatedReference Code: D0008Senior Reporting Analyst  Senior Reporting Analyst Brink’s, Incorporated is the premiere provider of armored car transportation, ATM servicing, currency and coin processing, document destruction and other value added services to financial institutions, retailers and other commercial and government entities.  The company has a proud history of providing growth and advancement opportunities for its employees.  We have a challenging opportunity for a Senior Reporting Analyst. Purpose and Responsibilities:The purpose of this position is to be the primary contact for assigned regions and countries for monthly financial reporting and perform monthly review and analysis in accordance with GAAP.  The position will also be accountable to comply with applicable SOX controls for the function and to perform/support the monthly consolidation of Brink’s Inc financial statements. Requirements: Participates in the monthly financial closing with emphasis in the reporting & variance review of each country assigned in coordination with regions and countries Responsible for preparing the monthly account reconciliation of holding companies and supporting the monthly accounting activity including investment updates, accruals and all other related accounts as needed. Perform and support the monthly consolidation and/or the quarterly analysis and compilation of financial data regarding Brink’s · Ensure compliance for the function with the applicable polices and procedures· Support inquiries and audits from External and Internal auditors. Completes special and complex assignments as required Some travel (approximately 5%) necessary Education, Skill and Work Experience Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business required; Master’s degree preferred. 4 -6 years experience and 1-2 years with a Big Accounting Firm or internal audit department of a multinational company. Experience overseeing broad business issues. Working knowledge and expertise in generally accepted accounting principles. Bilingual in English, Spanish, and/or French. Sound analytical skills and business sense. Excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting systems.
