Responsibilities: Plan and execute various Sarbanes-Oxley documentation and testing.  Prepare work papers that record and summarize audit tasks.Work directly with the SOX Team to deliver timely completion of the S404 Assessment.Assist Management with decisions by providing quantitative and qualitative input to the following:Define and prioritize financial reporting elements for specific accounts.Identify business processes, segments and reporting elements to frame the S404 response.Determine the level of testing and documentation required for S404 complianceAssist with the design/implementation of control remediation plant to eliminate deficiencies.Investigate, Analyze, document and report breakdown in controls.Develop remediation plans and recommend corrective actions.



 

Requirements:BS/BA degree in Accounting, hands on Sarbanes-Oxley 404 experience5+ years audit experience (public or corporate)Experience in working with foreign subsidiaries.Ability to plan and perform work independently
