Coordinate federal and state income tax audits. Assist in the quarterly and year-end tax provision calculation including FAS 109 adjustments. Responsible for calculation of quarterly estimated tax payments. Participate in special projects.   The ideal candidate will possess the following: Bachelor's in Accounting, finance or related field required or equivalent education and experience. Strong technical tax analysis and reporting skills and experience. Knowledge of federal, state and international tax principals. Ability to effectively research Federal, state and international tax issues is a web-based environment.   Experience: 4 to 6 years of federal and state income tax experience.
