About the Company:Ramirez International is a full service accounting and consulting firm located in Irvine, California.  We service some of the largest companies in Orange County and are one of the top 25 CPA firms in Orange County as rated by the Orange County Business Journal over the last 27 years.  Our professionals possess a wide range of expertise in business operations, taxation and accounting issues for companies doing business in several countries.  For more information on the firm, please visit our website at www.ramirezintl.com.Responsibilities:Conduct primary review and preparation of complicated or complex income tax returns including C-Corp, S-Corp, Partnerships and individual clients;Research and consult on various tax matters; Excellent analytical, technical, and tax accounting/technology skills with proficiency in US GAAP,  Tax compliance, corporate consolidated returns, consolidated federal tax returns,  partnership returns and combined state tax returns; Train and mentor staff on tax projects; Work closely with management and staff on client management, practice development and business development activities; Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a rapidly growing, fast-paced, interactive results-based team environment;Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to develop and maintain outstanding client relationships.Requirements:2 to 5 years of progressive federal tax compliance experience in public accounting Bachelor's Degree in Accounting CPA candidate Masters in Taxation is a plus Strong leadership, mentoring skills, excellent written, interpersonal and presentation skills
