Senior Tax Manager

Job Description:PFPC is currently seeking a Senior Tax Manager for our Wilmington tax group.   That's why PFPC is right for you. Review various analyses of tax provisions, Excise tax, Sub Chapter M compliance and annual reports for all open tax years prepared by a Tax Manager. Prepare/review write ups on tax positions taken by clients. Coordinate the FIN 48 process with internal departments and liaison with clients and outside CPA firms.
