Corporate Governance Services   Technical & Professional responsibilities include:   -- Design, develop & deploy Java-based Web applications -- Administration of Web application environment (OS through application). -- Work closely with Web application owners and other technical teams to ensure technology solutions satisfy business requirements.   Personal and Practice Development: - Continually develop through our Deloitte Learning curriculum of eLearning modules and local and national training programs - Take proactive career steps - set goals and career plans with advisor/career counselor - Develop excellent professional oral and written communication skills - Support firm and function initiativesQualifications - Bachelor of Science/Business Administration with a concentration in Computer Science - Strong academic credentials   - Experience with Java, JSP, HTML/CSS/JavaScript - Web application maintenance/development experience - Familiarity with Eclipse IDE, Ant, Portlet Frameworks (Portalbeans, JSR 168 portlets) is a plus - Working knowledge of Vignette Application Portal 7.2.2; BEA Weblogic Server; IIS Web Server is a plus - Relevant work experience (1 year or more) - Demonstrated leadership, problem solving, and strong verbal and written communication skills - Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments, and manage ambiguity - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with professionals at all levels - Willingness to travel for out-of-town engagements About DeloitteDeloitte refers to one or more of Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu, a Swiss Verein, and its network of member firms, each of which is a legally separate and independent entity.
