Software Registration Rep

SummaryResponsible for taking a high volume of inbound customer registration calls. Must be able to provide excellent customer service interface with the Sales, Contract Administration and Billing Inquiry staff.  Must listen and demonstrate the ability to handle the stress of dealing with customers while maintaining a professional and enthusiastic attitude at all times.  PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES· Answer incoming customer registration calls· Provide software registration codes to customers based on software payment status· Escalate calls as necessary to appropriate department· Provide email and fax registration codes to customers· Provide excellent customer service· Identify and notify management of potential registration or technical problems with software REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES· High school diploma or equivalent· Minimum of six months customer service experience; ability to manage queue generated high call volume · Bilingual skills are a plus (Spanish/ English)· Excellent language and communication skills (written and verbal) · Demonstrate a positive approach and ability to deal with a variety of stressful situations during client calls; ability to defuse tense situations· Strong organizational ability; must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously· Demonstrate good working knowledge of Windows operating system· Ability to learn and retain Siebel computer program skills for call tracking and research· Demonstrate patience and overall courteous behavior when working with internal and external customers · Demonstrated ability to work independently; must be self-motivated and goal oriented· Desire to increase base of knowledge through increased training and education· Willingness to view overall corporate policy  CONDITIONS/ ENVIRONMENT· Able to sit or stand for frequent periods in the same location with some opportunity to move about  Job Information Job Title: Software Registration Rep Company: RealPage Inc Location: Carrollton, TX Status: Full Time, Employee Job Category: Customer Support/Client Care Contact Information Company: RealPage Inc
