Sr. Accountant

AV Dimensions Inc., a leading provider of audio visual rentals nationwide to the trade show and event industry, is seeking a Sr. Accountant to join its team oriented organization. Applicant must hold strong accounting and analytical skills in all areas, as well as overall organization skills and exceptional customer service skills. RESPONSBILITIES:¥ Manage accounts receivable (A/R) activities, including invoicing, collections, cash applications.¥ Manage accounts Payable (A/P) activities, including invoice approval, expense categorization, timely payment of due invoices¥ Conduct month and year end closing, reconcile and balance all accounts¥ Forecast and manage cash flow¥ Establish and implement internal controls, policies and procedures¥ Manage Sales Tax liabilities and filings¥ Manage 401K employee contributions¥ Payroll and banking¥ Prepare budget and financial forecasts¥ Train and Supervise and evaluate department staff.¥ Conduct relationships with lending institutions Skills / Requirements MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Bachelors degree in Finance or Accounting5+ years experience in financial managementExcellent Computer SkillsExcellent communications skills both written and verbalVery organized and detailed orientedAbility to multi task and prioritizeStrong customer service skills
