Sr. Accountant- Estate and Trust Practice Manager - Relo to South FL

Prestigious Florida CPA firm is actively expanding its Estate & Trust practice. Represent some of the most affluent high net worth individuals and tax exempt organizations, providing both compliance and planning services. Your responsibilities will include working with clients in preparation and review of individual and business tax returns (S Corp, C Corp, Partnership), as well as compilation and review of financial statements. Your critical success factors will be your demonstration of initiative, problem resolution, exceptional analytical and accounting skills. Previous experience in tax research, preparation, and planning is a plus/ required depending upon your specialty. You will have direct client contact with no supervision, and will lead teams and plan and run engagements.
Requirements
* 7+ years estate and trust experience
* Knowledgeable in compliance, preparation and review of forms 706, 1041, 990, 709 and 1040
* Planning experience, including income tax, estate and post mortem planning
* MS Office, Quickbooks, CaseWare, ProSystems Tax Software, BNA Tax Planner
* Masters' and/or Law Degree (important but not required)
* CPA or Degree in Accounting (preferred but not required)
