Senior Accountant in our Start-Up Services Group

Responsibilities:Monthly and quarterly close including preparing journal entries and monthly accruals and reconciling accounts to the general ledger. Interface with the auditors at quarter and year end.In depth analysis and reconciliation of balance sheet accounts.Assisting with the preparation of financial statements and internal repotsStock options administration and reporting including FAS123r using Equity Edge is a plus.

 

Requirements:5 + years of accounting experience in a mix of both hi-tech/public companies and start up companies (A MUST)BA/BS degree in accounting (A MUST)Solid accounting background, knowledge of how an accounting transaction affects the GL, balance sheet and income statements. Strong computer skills including experience with a major ERP such as SAP or Oracle, MS Excel and MS Word. Equity Edge a big plus.
