Sr. Accountant (some management exp a plus!)

A software company located South of Market in SF is in need of a Sr. Accountant or Accounting Manager to cover a vacation leave.  This position will be working anywhere from 32-40/hrs per week.  The role will begin on 5/1/08 and will go through approximately 6/16/08.  Job functions will include full cycle GL accounting through month end close and prepartion of financial statements.  They do have 2 international subsidiaries the need to be consolidated for month end close.  Will need to do currency conversions as well.  Will also include bank reconciliations, deferred revenue recognition, and acruals for month-end close process.  This client uses an in-house software that is similiar to QuickBooks and is fully willing to train on this piece.
