Reporting to the Director, Business Controlling, the Sr. Financial Analyst is responsible for reporting and analysis of the Océ sales and service activities. Prepares, analyses, and communicates (financial) report and planning information such as financial statements, operating reports, budgets, and strategic forecasts to the Director Business Controlling and/or senior business management directly. Assists the accounting department in various phases of the monthly; quarterly, and yearly financial close process. Monitors financial performance, investigates variances and reports details that include communicating recommendations to business management. Develops models for forecasting, analysis, and performance measurements related to specific complex business demands. Gives advice and/or training to less experienced financial personnel and might have (depending on org. structure) supervisory responsibility. Performs other related duties and assignments as required. MBA or related degree or professional level designation Minimum of 7 years of progressive accounting and business experience in a complex international business environment. Advanced skill level of PC applications (such as Access and Excel), company databases, and ERP systems (SAP, Océ legacy systems)· Have potential for growth in complexity and responsibility. Be an effective communicator and team player; professional, work independently and self motivated with ability to work with limited supervision and coaching.
