We are looking for a Sr. Accounting Manager to come in and help grow the operational accounting team within the general ledger.  We are publicly traded on the Nasdaq and are looking to go global within the next 12-24 months and this person will be a key part of helping to set up foreign subsidiaries and manage the international consolidation process.  This role will be partnering with all aspects of accounting and finance including SOX, Technical Accounting, FP&A, etc. and be the key liaison with auditors.  Qualified candidates will have a CPA with over 6 years experience within a multi-national organization.  Salary is the 120-150K range plus bonus/options/RSU's based on experience.  Please apply directly to this posting.
