Sr. Collector Analyst

Description ·  Strong emphasis on maintaining all past due categories on A/R aging·  Equally as strong an effort given to the 1-30 past due category·  Maintaining credit files in accordance with company's policy·  Will serve as a back-up for releasing orders on hold·  Research all unauthorized deductions and short payments to closure·  Work closely with Customer Service for proof of delivery when needed·  Emphasis on reducing DSO·  Punctuality / Reliability Requirements ·  Minimum 5 years collection experience required·  Professional phone skills with emphasis on company representation·  Well defined organizational skills ·  Effective use of all collection tools available such as computer system, email, fax, phone.·  Proficiency in Excel·  Proficiency in problem solving and seeing issues through conclusion / resolution.·  Strong follow up techniques as they pertain to collection calls, payment commitments, and disputes.·  Ability to expand responsibilities and work on projects as needed RemX Financial Staffing is an Equal Opportunity Employer
