Sr. Credit Analyst

 Large distributor in North Dallas is in need of a Sr. Credit Analyst to join their team  ! 

  Essential Requirements: Bachelors degree in finance or Accounting

   Five (5) plus years of credit and collections experience



 

The desired candidate will posses a professional and polished demeanor, someone who has the ability to communicate with all levels of management and customers in a credit and collection environment. The chosen candidate will need to have a demonstrated background in customer service as well as a team player. Listed below are some of the skill sets needed to be considered for this opening!

 

·  Analyze customer risk exposure based on financial analysis, customer history and credit scores… Must be a strong Risk Manager !

·  The ability to adhere to and follow closely the established policy and procedures in place

·  Monitor credit limit compliance and possibly recommend credit limit changes. (Determined by the Credit Manager) Maintaining credit lines

·  Begin the collection process if appropriate due to delinquency of account

·  Strong research and account reconciliation experience

·  Knowledge of bankruptcy laws

·  Strong customer service background

·  Possible client visits to resolve collection issues and or secure relationships. (Determined by Manager)

·  J.D. Edwards – A BIG PLUS

·  Bank wire transfers

·  Communicate well with CEO’s and CFO’s of customers

·  Cash Flow analysis experience

·  The total AR responsibility is approximately $110 million dollars which would include 125-150 customers
